2. Collected data
- Account information: username, nickname, email, phone number, password hash, preferred language, and account status.
- Content data: verbatim messages and message translations.
- Technical data: IP address, session, security, device, error and notification logs.
3. Purposes of data use
Data is used to create accounts, provide secure login, forward and translate messages, send notifications, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
4. Service providers
Data will not be sold. Message text may be shared with translation providers to generate translations; phone and email information may be shared with verification or notification service providers to the extent necessary.
5. Storage and permanent deletion
Once the permanent deletion of the profile is confirmed, the account, user-related sessions, notifications, friendships, and user content will be deleted from the active database. This process is irreversible. Server backups, which are legally required, are deleted at the end of the normal retention cycle.

7. Security
HTTPS, password hashing, SMS verification, access restrictions, and abuse controls are implemented. Remember that no internet system can provide absolute security.
8. Children
ChatYB is not intended for children. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement for digital services in your country, do not use the service.

When the policy changes, the updated text and effective date will be published on this page.
